THE FACILITY STILL HAS TO SEND IN THE REFERRAL FORM BUT FROM TALKING TO THE VILLAGE AND THE MAYOR ALL THE INSPECTIONS HAVE BEEN ACQUIRED. DOLLAR GENERAL IS NOW PRESSURING THE CONTRACTOR TO GET THE FORM SENT OVER.
HACCP Topic: PROPER ROTATION OF FOOD ITEMS IN THE BACK STORAGE TO AVOID NESTING CONDITIONS FOR RODENTS AND PESTS.
